Diagnosis. The species and R. tristrigalis share the acute apex and the oblique outer margin of the forewing, but the medial line of the hind wing in R. pelloniaria is closer to the postmedial line. The posterior margin of the male eighth sternite is more slightly concave than R. tristrigalis . In the male genitalia, the terminal part of the valva is narrower than R. tristrigalis , and is not dilated; the small rounded process is absent on the ventral margin of the sacculus, while it is present in R. pelloniaria ; the teeth are absent on the terminal part of the aedeagus, but present in R. pelloniaria . In the female genitalia, the ductus bursae is nearly all sclerotized and about as length as corpus bursae, the signum is collar-shaped.
