Diagnosis. Females of Titidius urucu resemble those of Titidius rubescens in the absence of an atrium (see Esmério & Lise, 1996, figs 61̄62), but differ in the shape of epigynum and copulatory openings being barely visible in ventral view. Titidius urucu differs from all other Titidius species in the presence of a pair of round copulatory openings leading to well developed copulatory ducts, and spermathecae with two small round lobes ( Figs 8 View FIGURES 1–9 ̄9).
