Eye bare; parafacial bare; prosternum setose; scutum with 3 pairs of postsutural dorsocentral setae; first supra-alar seta longer than notopleural setae and longer than first intra-alar seta; katepisternum with 4 setae; scutellum entirely black; fourth wing costal section distinctly shorter than sixth costal section; wing cell r
