Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna with scape and pedicel testaceous, flagellomeres 1–4 darkened, 5–8 missing in holotype ; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs yellow. Antenna filiform; antennomeres 1–6 in following proportions: 11:8:26:15:16:15 (other antennomeres missing in holotype ). Head dull, granulate and reticulate rugose, with vertex sculptured by irregular keels; frontal line absent; occipital carina complete, laterally reaching eyes; temple absent; POL = 5; OL = 2; OOL = 3; OPL = 1. Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum dull, granulate and reticulate rugose. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.5 × length o mesoscutum. Metapectal-propodeal disc and propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (25:16). Democratic Republic of the Congo . Remarks . The complete occipital carina and the characters of the forewing place this species within Dryinus . For this reason, a new combination for Lestodryinus luweli is presented above ( Lestodryinus and Dryinus are synonyms). In the Afrotropical region, the genus Dryinus is divided into three groups based on ♀♀ . The of this species is unknown, so that it is impossible to place it in a group. Out of necessity it has to be included among the incertae sedis species.
