Black, except mandible and tegula testaceous; antenna of holotype with antennomeres 1–5 testaceous, other antennomeres missing; antenna totally brown in specimen from Madagascar , 21°15.99’S 47°25.21’E ; legs testaceous, except metacoxa, metafemur and metatibia brown or darkened. Antenna filiform; antennomeres of holotype in following proportions: 7:4:4:4:4 (other antennomeres missing); antennomeres of specimen from Madagascar , 21°15.99’S 47°25.21’E , in following proportions: 9:5:6:5.5:5:6:6:6:6:9. Head of holotype granulate and with numerous irregular slight keels; head of specimen from Madagascar , 21°15.99’S 47°25.21’E , granulate and reticulate rugose; frontal line present; frons without lateral keels; occipital carina complete; POL = 6; OL = 3; OOL = 5; OPL = 2; TL = 3. Mesoscutum shiny, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.1–0.3 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc completely reticulate rugose, with strong transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity without longitudinal keels, with areolae less wide than those of metapectalpropodeal disc. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands or spots; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (2:6). Paramere ( Fig. 46E ) with distal inner pointed process and proximal membranous process long (in holotype and in specimen from Madagascar , 14°26.29’S 49°46.44’’E) or short (in specimen from Madagascar , 21°15.99’S 47°25.21’E ), not provided with sensorial setae.
