China : Yunnan : Lushu Contry , Luzhang town , YaoJiaping village ( 25°58'19.9'' N , 98°42'37. 9'' E), 1male , 1 female , 2468 m , 3–4.V.2015 , Mei-Ying Lin leg. (IZ-CAS). Redescription . BL: 7.3 mm , FL: 3.25 mm , HW: 0.96 mm , PL: 1.0 mm, PW: 0.73 mm , EL: 1.41 mm , EW: 1.35 mm , SPL: 1.13 mm . Macropterous; body black with bright luster and white pubescence dense. Antennae, maxillary palpi and legs yellowish. Clypeus black, labrum dark brown with moderately densely pubescent; paraglossae oval. Head distinctly narrower than elytra. Interocular area with two shallow and broad longitudinal furrows, median portion scarcely convex, not reaching the level of dorsal eye margins; punctures round, mostly well delimited, the diameter of large punctures is about as wide as the basal cross section of antennal segment II; interstices smooth, most larger than half the diameter of punctures. Antenna slender, when reflexed extending beyond the posterior margin of pronotum. Pronotum distinctly longer than broad, broadest in posterior half; disk uneven, without distinct median longitudinal furrow; punctures round, mostly well delimited, slightly smaller than those on head; interstices distinctly reticulated, mostly larger than the diameter of punctures. A . aedeagus; B . male sternite VIII; C . male sternite IX; D . male tergite IX & X; E . female sternite VIII; F . female tergite IX & X; G . gonocoxite. Scale bar = 0.2 mm. Elytra trapezoid, slightly longer than wide; shoulders prominent, posterior margin deeply emarginated; humeral impression and long sutural impression indistinct; punctures and interstices are similar to those of pronotum. Legs slender, tarsomeres IV deeply bilobed. Abdomen cylindrical, only tergites III with line-like paratergites, tergites IV–VI with rudimentary lateral border; tergite VII with distinct apical membranous fringe; punctures round to elliptic, punctures round, gradually becoming smaller and sparser posteriad; interstices smooth, interstices on tergite VII larger than punctures. Male: sternite VIII ( Figs. 13 F & 14 B ) with a large and deep triangular emargination in posterior middle; sternite IX ( Figs. 13 G & 14 C ) with weak serrate at posterior margin; tergite IX & X ( Figs. 13 H & 14 D ) posterior margin truncate, but with a shallow emargination. Aedeagus ( Figs. 13 E & 14 A ) almost violin-shaped, very acutely pointed at apex; apical sclerotized area subtriangular. Endophallus with median bands relatively short, each band strongly sclerotized along lateral rim, weakly turning posterolaterally at apical part; expulsion clasps almost X-shaped, strongly sclerotized; copulatory tube very long, attenuate, almost straight, moderately thick at basal part. Parameres slightly longer than median lobe, each slightly broadened in apical part, with 20–24 long apical setae. Female: sternite VIII ( Figs. 13 I & 14 E ) entire; Gonocoxite ( Figs. 13 J & 14 F ) with serrate apically on posterior margin; tergite IX & X ( Figs. 13 K & 14 G ) is similar to male; spermatheca undetected. Distribution . China ( Yunnan ), Thailand . Remarks. The species belongs to S. cylindricollis group; and it is new to China .
