COMMENTS: Griscom cited the AMNH number of the holotype in the original description and listed the specimens he examined: three males from Tapalisa and 11 males (in addition to the holotype ) and six females from Tacarcuna. Paratypes are: Tapalisa, AMNH 136320–136322 , males, 9– 12 March by W.B. Richardson.
