Remarks.
The measurements of the specimens collected fit the redescription of this species given by
Denmark
& Schicha (1983). All specimens examined have a pair of pre-anal setae, different from what was reported by McMurtry (1983) and Guanilo
et al
. (2008b; 2008c) for populations from
Guatemala
,
Peru
and
Argentina
, whose members have between none and two pre-anal setae.
