The new species can be distinguished from all the preceding new species by having a larger, distinct triangular orange-white costal patch on the forewing and the lateral erect scales of head light orange; and especially by the male genitalia with a broad valva, a less elongated cucullus, and a short, stout, and nearly straight aedeagus. Description . Male ( Figs. 6A, B ). Wingspan 14 mm . Head : Vertex dark brown, with light- orange erect scales laterally. Antenna shorter than forewing; basal segment elongated, light orange, slightly dilated apically; flagellum serrate, light orange, paler toward apex, finely ciliate ventrally. Labial palpus strongly upturned; 2 nd segment thickened, pale orange, shiny on both sides, dark brown ventrally; 3 rd segment as long as 2 nd segment, pale orange, but fuscous ventrally, sharply pointed apically. Thorax : Tegula and thorax dark brown. Hind tibia pale orange, shiny all around; tarsi orange white. Basal plate of gnathos with strongly convex caudal margin, exceeding to apex of uncus; median process relatively short, strongly bent downward beyond 2/3. Valva broad basally; cucullus relatively broad, not strongly upturned, densely haired on inner surface; costal margin slightly concave medially; ventral margin protruded basally; apex rounded. Juxta broad, semi-ovate with strongly convex caudal margin. Aedeagus nearly straight, about 2/5 length of valva; cornuti consisting of a bundle of setae, located beyond middle; apex rounded.
