Genus Caiganga Carvalho & Becker, 1957

New diagnosis: Characterized by antennal segment I shorter than head width, strongly incrassate, narrowed toward base, segment II elliptical or spindle shaped, strongly incrassate, at least 2 times longer than segment I; segment III and IV very slender. Rostrum reaching or surpassing the hind coxae; hind coxae strongly enlarged compared with other legs.
