Comments. Platia & Ghahari (2016) listed from Iran two species in genus Adelocera Latreille, 1829, one species in genus Agrypnus Eschscholtz, 1829, four species in genus Compsolacon Reitter, 1905, six species in genus Lacon Laporte, 1838, six species in genus Lanelater Arnett, 1952, and six species in genus Octocryptus Candèze, 1892 . Note that Lanelater is currently classified in Pseudomelanactini (see below).
