Type locality: Red Sea (Egypt) .

Diagnosis. Length. (male) body 13.7–15 mm, wing 11.2–12 mm; (female) body 14.1–16 mm, wing 10.5–11.9 mm.

Frons in females yellowish dusted, with parallel sided; frontal index in female 2.72–2.75; subcallus yellowish dusted, lower and median calli distinct; eyes hairy; abdomen reddish yellow with a broad blackish median spots with the longest on 2 nd tergites and the broadest on 3 th and 4 th ..

Local distribution: Coastal strip, Western Desert.

Geographical distribution. Bulgaria, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Turkey.
