Type genus: Amblybolus Keeton, 1964a

= Tonkouibolus Demange & Mauriès 1975a, synonymized by Hoffman (1979).

Type species: Amblybolus mitis Keeton, 1964b, from Mount Coffee and Bushrod Island near Monrovia, Liberia (Keeton 1964b), by monotypy.
