Amblypsilopus depilis Bickel & Sinclair, 1997: 243 . Yang et al. 2006: 363 [catalogue].

Distribution. Endemic. Galápagos: Fernandina, Isabela, Santa Cruz.

Remarks. On Isabela, this species was collected in humid forests in the agricultural zone of Sierra Negra. Adults have been observed resting on leaves of Cyathea (Boada 2005) .
