Distribution. Endemic. Galápagos: (Baltra?), Española, Fernandina, (Gardner?), Isabela, Marchena (ICCDRS), Pinzón, San Cristóbal, Santa Cruz, Santiago.

Remarks. This species is recorded from the coast to the agricultural zone (Wirth 1969b). Adults have been collected on the sea surface and in aerial nets between islands (Peck 1994a, b).
