Material examined. Galápagos: San Cristóbal: El Junco, 1 kmE, Miconia ravine, 20–23.ii. 1989, 550 m, ypans, B.J. Sinclair (1 ♀, CNC) .

Remarks. This species presence on the islands is likely the result of human introduction (Quate 1959).
