Distribution. Introduced. Cosmopolitan; Galápagos: Baltra, Isabela, San Cristóbal, Santa Cruz.

Remarks. Adults of this species were collected in the agricultural zone (Carson et al. 1983) and were reared from oranges (Wheeler 1961).
