Distribution. Not determined. Galápagos: Española, Isabela (ICCDRS), San Cristóbal, Santa Cruz.

Remarks. Adults of this species are most common in humid zones. Adults were reared from Scalesia aspera Andersson from El Edén, near Santa Cruz (ICCDRS). Adults have been observed visiting flowers of Lecocarpus Decne. (Boada 2005) .
