Distribution. Introduced. Cosmopolitan; Galápagos: Floreana, Isabela, Santa Cruz.

Remarks. Adults of this species were found in dry and humid zones. This is a primarily warm-climate species (Disney & Sinclair 2008). Females are wingless.
