Alfieri | Egypte / Anastase Alfieri | Collection | 1965 / Anastatus | tenuipes ♀ | TYPE C. Bol. | C. BOLIVAR det. / Type No | 69016 | USNM”.

Regional material examined. None.

Remarks. Hu et al. (2011) identified A. tenuipes from Hainan Province, but a voucher female in IZCAS examined by L. Peng proved to be A. japonicus . We therefore exclude A. tenuipes from the fauna of China.
