Labiobaetis gladius: Kaltenbach and Gattolliat 2018.

Additional description.

Larva. Re-examination of type material confirmed that the species has all of the diagnostic characters of the group Labiobaetis petersorum as listed above. This includes characters not or not correctly described or illustrated in the original description (Kaltenbach and Gattolliat 2018: figs 17-18): flagellum with brown dots in middle part (as Fig. 6b); hypopharynx distolaterally with two additional tufts of setae (as Fig. 3a); anal margin of tergalii with both short and long, fine setae (as Fig. 6e); claw with convex ventral margin and with subapical seta (as Fig. 5k, l); femur posterior apex with stout setae on fore and middle legs, not on hind leg (as Fig. 5e).
