Vernacular Names: Mackenzie's False Pipistrelle.

Distribution: SW Australia.

Conservation: IUCN 2003 and IUCN / SSC Action Plan (2001) – Vulnerable as Pipistrellus mackenziei (misspelled as mckenziei in 2001 Action Plan).

Discussion: Included in tasmaniensis by Koopman (1993, 1994), but see Kitchener et al. (1986).
