Vernacular Names: Surat Serotine.

Distribution: Peninsular Thailand, Nepal.

Conservation: IUCN 2003 and IUCN / SSC Action Plan (2001) – Vulnerable as E. demissus (sic).

Discussion: Subgenus Eptesicus . Reviewed by Myers et al. (2000). The correct spelling of this name is dimissus, not demissus; see Myers et al. (2000).
