Type data. Ex Maxomys whiteheadi (syn. Rattus whiteheadi), Malaysia, Selangor State, Bukit Lagong Forest Reserve.

Hosts. RODENTIA: Apomys sp., Berylmys bowersi, Leopoldamys edwardsi, L. sabanus, Maxomys alticola, M. rajah, M. surifer, M. whiteheadi, Niviventer cremoriventer, N. niviventer, Rattus everetti .

Distribution. Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand.
