One specimen (box 3) is possibly a syntype. There are three handwritten labels: "Type de Haan" (off-white card), " Acromantis oligoneura de Haan " (yellow paper) and " oligoneura [illegible] Padang, Sumatra". The original description did not mention the type locality. This species is currently placed in genus Acromantis Saussure, 1870 .
