Type host and locality. Ilex aquifolium L. ( Aquifoliaceae), USA, California.

Distribution. Scotland (recorded here), Portugal (Carmona & Silva Dias 1980) and USA (op. cit.). Relation to the host. Vagrant on the under surface of the leaves causing no apparent damage. Collection details. Scotland, Perth (56° 23ʹ 3.34ʺ N, 3° 24ʹ 47.01ʺ W), low numbers on I. aquifolium, collected by Z. Korycinska, 24.x.2010.
