REMARK
With five species in five genera, the Neanurinae of Collo are diversified at a level comparable to other Mediterranean regions of similar size (for example different massifs of the Italian Peninsula: Dallai 1967, 1970, 1971; Dallai & Martinozzi 1980). However, the Neanurinae fauna of Collo is unique by the absence of Neanura muscorum (Templeton, 1835), the presence of the morphologically unusual genus Edoughnura Deharveng, Hamra-Kroua & Bedos, 2007, and the unexpected discovery of Sensillanura austriaca Gama, 1963 .
