M. phoebe sarvistana

Wiltshire, 1941 [TL: Iran, Sarvistan, SE of Shiraz salt lake] has been considered a distinct species, M. sarvistana, for a number of years (Higgins 1941: 166). For information on this Iranian endemic see Tshikolovets et al. (2014: 321–322 & plate LX: figs 13-18).
