Records in Ecuador: Galápagos (Islas: Santa Cruz, Floreana, Isabela), El Oro ( Rio Palenque R.S.), Pichincha (4 km E Santo Domingo) , Cotopaxi (Reserve of Bosque Integral Otonga, near San Francisco de las Pampas), Imbabura (at road E10, 10 km SE from Lita city) and Napo (45 km N from Puyo, CIPCA ( Centro de Investigación, Posgrado y Conservación de la Amazonía)) .
Habitat: Isla Santa Cruz: littoral zone in Bahía Academy, Puerto Ayora, under Laguncularia racemosa and Rhizophora mangle; moist, partlydecayed mangrove leaf litter; cultivated area 2 km N of Bella Vista, leaf and fruit litter under Persea americana; transition forest 1 km E of Bella Vista, 210 m; cave ravine litter. Isla Floreana: moist highland at base of Cerro Pajas, 360 m; in pitfall trap in moist litter under Psidium guajava, Zanthoxylum fagara, and Croton scouleri . Isla Isabela: Volcán Sierra Negra near Santo Tomás, cultivated area with mixed forest, 350 m; fern litter and humus. Litoral, arid, transition and moist zone. Rain forest litter. Sifted litter. Natural ecosystem, leaf litter from deciduous forest. Agricultural ecosystem: banana cultivation.
