Distribution: Ecuador.

Records in Ecuador: Pichincha (riverbanks of río Alamo, 6 km leaving Nono), Zamora Chinchipe ( San Francisco Biological Reserve, Podocarpus National Park-Bombuscaro) and Loja (Podocarpus National Park-Cajanuma).

Habitat: Moss from tree trunks, from about 10 m above the river. Soil and litter of pine ( Pinus patula). Litterbags of Graffenrieda emarginata, Clusia spp. and Cavendishia zamorensis .
