Known distribution. ARGENTINA, BOLIVIA, BRAZIL (Bahia, Minas Gerais, Piauí, Paraná, Roraima), COLOMBIA, ECUADOR, GUYANA, PARAGUAY, PERU, VENEZUELA.

Remarks. Newly recorded for the Northeast Region in the states of Bahia and Piauí (Quinteiro et al. 2014), this study presents the first record for the state of Maranhão [Caxias municipality].
