Distribution. China (Guangxi, Fujian, Guizhou, Yunnan).

Material examined. Holotype: ♂, CHINA: Guizhou, Libo, Xiaoqikong, 15 Oct. 1988, coll. Li Zizhong (GUGC). Paraphysis: same data as holotype, except coll. Tan Shixin (GUGC). 3♂, CHINA: Guangxi, Damingshan, 5–10 Aug. 2011, coll. Yang Zaihua; 2♂, CHINA: Guizhou, Wangmo, Dayi, 23 Aug. 2012, coll. Xing Dongliang & Xu Shiyan (GUGC).

Remarks. This species was described from the holotype (male) and one male paratype from GUGC. It closely resembles T. obrienae Nielson, 1977 in general appearance, but differs in having the pygofer processes exceeding the ventral margin of the pygofer lobe and with the apex pointed, and the ventral processes of segment X serrate (Figs. 113, 114). In T. obrienae the pygofer processes do not reach the ventral margin of the pygofer lobe, the apex is truncate, and the ventral processes of segment X have the margins smooth, without tooth (Nielson 1977: 55, Figs. 162, 163).
