DISTRIBUTION: Europe, European part of Russia, Iran, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Siberia (Smetana, 2004; Shavrin, 2007). In Turkey, the exact locality of this species has not been cited by previous studies (Smetana, 2004; Anlas,, 2009). L. elongatum is recorded from Azerbaijan for the first time.
