52. Rhipicephalus neumanni Walker, 1990 .

An Afrotropical species whose adults are usually found on Artiodactyla: Bovidae, but they have also been collected from Carnivora: Canidae, and Perissodactyla: Equidae and Rhinocerotidae; nymphs have been collected from Rodentia: Muridae (Guglielmone et al. 2014, Horak et al. 2018). There are no records of Rhipicephalus neumanni causing human parasitism.
