4. Hyalomma arabica Pegram, Hoogstraal and Wassef, 1982 .

An Afrotropical species whose adults have been found on Artiodactyla: Bovidae; larvae and nymphs have been collected from Rodentia: Muridae . There are no records of Hyalomma arabica causing human parasitism.
