126. Haemaphysalis pospelovashtromae Hoogstraal, 1966b .
A Palearctic species whose adults are usually found on Artiodactyla: Bovidae, but they have also been collected from Artiodactyla: Suidae, Carnivora: Canidae, and Rodentia: Sciuridae . Larvae and nymphs have been collected from Mammalia (several orders) and Passeriformes: Sittidae (Guglielmone et al. 2014, Tsapko 2017). There are no records of Haemaphysalis pospelovashtromae causing human parasitism.
