29. Dermacentor pavlovskyi Olenev, 1927b .
A Palearctic species whose adults are usually found on Artiodactyla: Bovidae; larvae and nymphs are commonly recovered from Lagomorpha: Leporidae and Ochotonidae, and Rodentia (several families). All parasitic stages have been found on Rodentia: Sciuridae; adults alone have been recovered from Artiodactyla: Bovidae and Camelidae, and Perissodactyla: Equidae; while larvae and nymphs have been collected on Lagomorpha: Leporidae and Ochotonidae, and Rodentia (several families). There are no records of Dermacentor pavlovskyi causing human parasitism.
