36. Dermacentor sinicus Schulze, 1931 .
A Palearctic species, all of whose parasitic stages have been found on Erinaceomorpha: Erinaceidae; adults alone have been collected from Mammalia (several orders); larvae and nymphs have been recovered from Rodentia (unknown family). There are no records of Dermacentor sinicus causing human parasitism.
