Tetrica Stål 1866: 208 . Type species: Tetrica fusca Stål, designated by Stål 1870 (Burma = Myanmar).

Note. Australian species described in this primarily oriental genus are here retained with their current combinations until Tetrica has been revised in the Oriental Region.
