Remarks. A recent revision (Donato & Macedo 2013) of the distribution of caves in the state of Sergipe has assigned Cave Casa de Pedra to the municipality of Campo do Brito. Here we present a correction to the municipality and geographic coordinates of this cave, since they were erroneously presented in the original description.

Diagnosis. Goeldia zyngierae differs from the other species of the genus by the presence of dorsal chevron marks on the opisthosoma, combined with a distal constriction in the patellar apophysis and the shape of the tegular process of the male palp (Fig. 23A; Almeida-Silva et al. 2009a: figs 3–5). The female epigynum resembles that of G. nigra, but is wider and have the posterior border less sinuous. These species can be further differentiated by the vulva with vertical and horizontal spermathecae short and blunt, and by the presence of an extra lobe of spermathecae (S3).
