Material studied. 4 ♂♂, China, Guangxi Province, Lin'gui County, Huaping National Reserve, Anjiangping, 1400–1700 m, 17.vii.2011, He W.-J. & Tang L. leg. (SNUC, cPJ).

Remarks. Cephennodes qiongdaoanus was described on the basis of specimens collected in Hainan Island. As demonstrated in the present study, it occurs also in the mainland of China.
