Vanuatu. SANTO 2006, stn AT59, 15°31.5’S, 167°21.9’E, 759-985 m, 4 spms. — Stn AT60, 15°33.1’S, 167°22.0’E, 880-953 m, 1 spm .

DISTRIBUTION. — Southeast Africa, Gulf of Aden, Maldive Islands, Japan, Philippines, Vanuatu, Fiji, Wallis and Futuna. Bathymetric range: formerly recorded from 290 to 797 m (Dijkstra & Maestrati 2008: 83), here extended to 880 m.
