Fergusobia pimpamensis Davies 2013 (in Davies et al. 2013b) (WNC 2275) (Figs 1 B, 2B, 3B); associated with an undescribed species of Fergusonina (WINC no. 004374–6).

Form of gall. Terminal shoot bud galls (collected from Gold Coast district, Queensland, Australia) (see Fig. 5 A for a similar gall). As described for F. floribundae . Number of locules>15.

Morphology of nematodes. Parthenogenetic female relatively mid-size, slender; open C to C-shape when heatrelaxed; large pharyngeal gland; uterus non-extensile; V about 75–85%; slender conoid tail. Infective female arcuate to open C-shape; tail with hemispherical tip. Male medium to large; arcuate to C-shape; medium pharyngeal gland; arcuate spicule, manubrium and shaft of similar length to blade; manubrium not wider than shaft; bursa arises about 60–80% of body length anterior to tail tip, may be crenate.

Morphology of dorsal shield. Shield absent.
