Holotype and type locality: Adult male (LSUHC 11089) from “Kem Baha, Gunung Stong, Kelantan, Peninsular Malaysia (5°20.465 N, 101°58.001 E) at 461 m elevation.”

Distribution: Known only from the type locality.
