Current status: Cecyrina platyrhinoides Walker, 1867 .
Notes: Thomas (1994: 172) mentioned having examined “Type specimen in BM(NH)”. Although, we believe he examined the specimen marked as type, there is not sufficient evidence. His statement does not constitute a valid lectotype designation. No barcodes could be added as the specimens were on loan to Petr Kment.
