Remarks. Hygrogeus ledouxi based on the single holotype was originally described from “Cachemire, Pahalgam, Sheshnag…”. Based on the original description and the shape of the aedeagus (Figs 2I and 2J in Coiffait 1983), H. ledouxi is conspecific with the Himalayan H. coriaceus, also known from Kashmir (Shavrin 2021, 2024). Thus, H. ledouxi is synonymized with the latter species.
