Material examined. CHILE, San Carlos: 1♀ (NMPC, transferred to alcohol vial) (Labels, kept in box IV.17: Museum Paris / Chili / Gay 15-43 (printed); 15 / 43 (handwritten round label); San Carlos (handwritten, maybe of Gay)).

Remarks. The subgenital plate of the specimen differs from the four described species of Teutoperla (Fig. 7– 8). As four unnamed species are already reported from Chile (Shepard & Baumann 2011), we do not name specifically this taxon on the basis of a single female in poor condition.
