Current name: Oxalis corniculata L. ( Oxalidaceae).

Note: An exhaustive review of the complexities surrounding this name has been provided by Watson (in Bot. J. Linn. Soc. 101: 347-357. 1989). He rejected Eiten’s type choice (in Taxon 4: 101. 1955) of a collection made in Palestine by Hasselquist (630.31, LINN) on the grounds of geographical conflict with the protologue, designating a Burser collection in its place.
