Porcellionides pruinosus — Del Solar et al., 1970: 15. Distribution. Species of Mediterranean origin, now with a synanthropic cosmopolitan distribution (Schmalfuss, 2003). In Peru, it is recorded from the department of Lima, department La Libertad, province of Trujillo; and department of Ayacucho, province of Cangallo and province of Lucanas, district of San Pedro de Palco, in southern Peru (Del Solar et al., 1970).
