Psilochalcis dentata (Steffan, 1951)

Material examined. Type material. Holotype ♀ (in MNHN). Other material. IRAN: Fars, Larestan, Hormood, loc. 5, 5.i.2112, (1 ♂) (in JIAU); Larestan, loc. 3, 09.iv.2112, (1 ♂) (in JIAU).
Comment. This species was originally described in the genus Psilochalcidia Steffan, which was recently synonymized with Psilochalcis Kieffer by Delvare (2017).
Distribution. Palaearctic and Afrotropical. This species was described from Chad and reported from Senegal, but recently collected in the UAE (Delvare 2017). Psilochalcis dentata is a new species record for Iran.
